Twins, Twins, Twins

What a joy they are. What an amazing thing I so proudly say I have. Twins. Twins. Twins. Its such a blessing to have. Through all the spit-ups, late night feedings, the constant running of the dishwasher, the washer and the dryer all at once. Everything was double. Double the love, double the fun, trials, but most off all double the joy of life. I cant believe a year has already gone!! Where did it go. I hear moms say it "enjoy it because they grow so fast" now I know why they say it. 

I had a friend come over today. She has almost 6 month old twin boys. To hold them at that age again...so little and gentle and the spit up ( mom and dad's perfume as she said it) brought back so many memories. To watch them try so hard to crawl and their little giggles...I remember that all like it was yesterday. It is all priceless! Where o where did all that go. My twins were poking the babies in the eye, standing up and yelling, pushing each other and fighting over toys. It goes...time goes way too fast. And what a change in time it is. I miss it even all the work it took and restless days and nights. I do miss it. Now dont get any ideas...it wasnt the easiest thing to do in life and there wont be anymore babies in the future. But seeing her twins now reminds me that all she is doing now is just a memory for me.

I miss those days but I am enjoying the memories we are making today. Memeories I shall share with you in my next blog. 

My First Blog

I have a friend Nicole...she kind of encouraged me to start this blog. I figured why not! I am usually not into all this, but I figured it was a way for friends and family to keep updated in my life...especially those who aren't on facebook or one I may email or talk on a weekly basis. So here I go. Wish me luck cause this is all new to me!

To start things off I will tell you a little about my life and how I got to where I am today. I graduated from Northwood University in 2006. The same year I met Andrew...Lucky 2006 as we would call it. The year we were so lucky to have met and fall in love. A year later he proposed and September 2008 I proudly got to marry the man of my dreams. We took off to the Bahamas for our honeymoon and little did we know that was our last vacation together as a couple. We bought a house in March 2009, found out I was prego with boy/girl TWINS in July 2009 and by February 15, 2010...our lives really began.

Here it is a year later and this is where I will began my blog. We have 12 month old twins, lots of craziness with plenty of love and here I am to share it with you all.
